1. Data Controller

Associação Happiness Camp, Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF) 518162591, with registered office at Rua da Lionesa, 446, ADM, 4465-671 Leça do Balio – Matosinhos, Portugal, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August.

We collect data such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and order details, as necessary to process purchases, deliveries and communications relating to the Store.

The personal data requested during the purchase process is necessary to process the order, payment and delivery. If the customer does not provide the data identified as mandatory, the Store may be unable to process or fulfil the order.
